Background
Jotie happens to be one of the three family members of the Tamaros. She happens to be a unique one, as they were expecting an Eevee, and instead, they got a Buneary. However, she was happily raised as one of their own.

During one of the travels, she was seperated while still young by her parents when a Trainer came into the woods. She tried to fight back, but lost and was captured. While she was scared, she slowly soon grown to enjoy the company of her trainer, growing stronger over time, until she evolved into a Lopunny!

Though during one fight, she ended up getting attacked by a Toxicroak, whom hit her with a poisonous barb. She went blind for a long time, but eventually could see again, though everything was blurry. Eventually, her trainer bought her some glasses, which gave her the abiluty to see again.

Ever since then, she has been constantly helping her trainer by working out and defending him whenever he was being attacked by a wild Pokémon. Even then, she still wondered about her old home, hoping her family was okay. Though her trainer noticed this, he eventually released her back to where he found her, in hopes she can find her family again. He even gave her his glasses as a momento of friendship, so that she could remember him and one day come home to tell him about her own adventures. And to this day, she has never removed those glasses.
