Finally, a refsheet for my rat thief character, Merci!

Character: An ageless jewel thief originally from the setting's equivalent to feudal Japan, who has since traveled the world over the centuries stealing and selling anything that isn't nailed down as well as a few things that are, taking progressively bigger jobs as her skill grows.

Her travels coupled with sheer lifespan have taught her a variety of useful skills, including knowledge of several languages and the ability to flawlessly adopt any accent or manner of speaking, as evidenced by her current prominent French accent.

Personality: Immensely prideful in her abilities (to a fault, in fact), keeping up a near-constant playfully flippant demeanor with no shortage of wisecracks for friend and foe alike. She is also an unabashed kleptomaniac, deriving a thrill from the act of theft even when it doesn't benefit her at all otherwise.

Powers/Abilities: Nearly unmatched gymnastic ability, knowledge of a branch of ancient martial arts that allows her to seemingly disappear into the shadows and move in total silence, skill with her grappledart (combination rope dart/grapnel), and a knack for subterfuge including disguise and illusion.

Cool character, I like both her design and personality. :)
Is her agelessness typical for characters in her setting, or is it just her? (Also was she born that way, or did she do something to become ageless?)

      Thank you!

Agelessness is definitely atypical in her setting but not totally unheard of, as it leans very fantasy/superhero-y. As for how she ended up that way, I want to keep it a mystery for now. I will say, however, that her markings (NFSW) might have something to do with it.

I love this design! One tiny critique though, as a 5'4" woman, anything under 120 lbs is considered underweight, I'm not sure if you intended for that or not, but I thought I'd mention it

      Thanks!

And I you're right, her weight her does seem a bit low. I was kinda trying to strike a balance between being light enough to put her weight on things that wouldn't normally be trusted to hold a person's weight (ie that little mechanical grappling hook, or anything she might need to climb on) and not being too small, mostly because I already have plenty of tiny characters.

Would something between 110 and 120 be better? Or maybe make her a tad shorter?

If you keep her height I'd say 115 would be a great happy medium (I'm 125 and I'm already pretty light when balancing)

Otherwise definitely 5'1" would be a great height for that kind of weight, and wouldn't change much about her either.

        I'm glad I could help :D
