Background
Flair (Also known as Foxtrot) was born in a wealthy family until it was broken in and his family was killed, but Foxtrot was the only one that survived when he hid away. For a few days, a Kitsune eventually showed up, wondering where the parents went and came across the small Eevee, deciding to take care of him. He was scared at first, but soon grew fond of them pretty quickly.

Eventually he grew up in the temple life amongst other Kitsunes, adapting to his new life. He was picked on a lot for not being a real Kitsune by people his age at the time. Though of course, in order to get more closer to their 'type' he would ask his mother for a Fire Stone. Upon which, he eventually became a Flareon and was able to master more fire abilities, even including changing the colors of the flame. With their training, he retains some psychic-like abilities.

Only when he got older, he was picked on by more females than not, always being pranked on. He eventually had it and decided to set up a harmless fire prank on one of the girls that was prominent on pulling pranks on. However, it went wrong, since he didn't expect her to come out in the traditional sacred robes that was passed down from family to family. He ran in to try and stop her from proceeding, but it was too late, causing the robes to catch aflame. While she wasn't too upset, the Elders got offended by his actions. He was forced to wear a necklace in order to wear. If it was ever removed, he would be a female until he puts it back on. If he ever loses it, or somehow managed to break the necklace, he would be forever stuck in the female form.

While at first he hated this, he soon grew fond of using this to his own advantage. However, he didn't want to continue further with living in the temple, as he felt the Elders have grown quite cold with him, and he honestly felt it was unsafe as well. He eventually left as a career as a mercenary, being able to use both forms at will to allure certain folks into his hold to either get information or to trap them. Even then, he would be a part-time worker at a clinic, having some knowledge curing hurt and sick. Eventually he went into a full career as a doctor.
