Akane works as a rich businesswoman in a science company, which sells a variety of things, mostly fruit products and medicine. She was previously diagnosed with anorexia, making her weak. The scientists of the company create a new substance to aid her with this. Akane gets called in to a test room in the company's laboratory, where they feed her blue goo via a tube. The goo fattens her up to a huge size, and it nourishes her by feeding off oxygen, water, and many other chemicals and nutrients from the air alone, as well as strengthening her organs. The company provided to build her a new home big enough for her to roam freely in, as well as a servant and a maid, both eggons, in their outfits. They help Akane by putting on her clothes, transporting her to places she needs to go, pretty much anything that would be too hard to do for a fur as fat as her.

Akane is laid-back, easygoing, and intelligent. She finds enjoyment in sumo wrestling in her backyard, teasing men, and secretly wearing diapers. Her goo makes her irises and maw blue, and it occasionally glows in her belly whenever it starts its aforementioned special feeding.
