Brief Info:
Blue Dialga is a Reploid based off of the Temporal Pokémon Dialga. Her weapon, the Time Saber/Time Buster is based off of the ZX Saber/ZX Buster from the ZX series, giving Blue a combination of melee and ranged attack power, and when it's charged up, the explosions that it does are colored to resemble the ones seen when Dialga uses its Roar of Time move.
