    She seems like a nice character
    Design wise it's nice, but possibly a little too bright (could be caused by the background, though. While desaturated it's still bright)
    It'll probably be a good idea to go into some more detail like "Why is she part demon?" "What the effects of the bullying" "Who bullies her and why?" and "Who's her parents or who took/takes care of her"
    The tail might be a little better with some fur also, but that might just be me. It would be nice to know what her horns look like as well. A darker blue for the eyes could help also, since it could pop out more.
    Altogether she's a nice character but might need slight tweaking. That's up to you, though.

      Thanks I really appreciate the suggestions^^ but I'm still working on a deeper bio and backstory for her since I pretty much just made her yesterday.
