This is Citlali; she's a fox / wolf hybrid gal. A freelance detective known to go undercover, she's also a talented artist, and actress.
To describe her outfit, it's as follows.

= 1: The first bit of the reference, is the design of the body.
= 2: The second bit of the ref, shows the first bit of the outfit, shows the socks, boots, bodysuit, and gloves, with the choker on it.
= 3: This outfit, is just the same outfit, with a jacket, in addition to the rest.
= 4: The last piece of reference; while powers like telekinesis are part of a powerful, yet potentially unstable gift. That's where the mini-jacket turning into a "mini-straitjacket" can come in handy, by adding easy, by securely tying her in, and making it easier, to push some of the extra power out, with easy, yet limited release, at a time. But not to worry; she can untie herself, using her telekinesis!
