Works as a private investigator for paranormal crime cases. He enjoys intimidating and manipulating people. Having psychic powers, much like his fellow agents, he can read intent, but his associates can also read him which is why his general personality appears cold and flat. He does not appear to have any meaningful relationships besides with his work partner, Kinase.

He has large, black feathery wings on his back but he probably cannot use them to fly. He can however hover, independent of wing function.
