Grangel, like Squeaky, was a special breed of Dwagon, she was born capable of spell casting and enchantment at intermediate skill level. She wasn't actually bad, she was an ally during the first war and before establishment of the central country. Her magical knowledge grew much faster, even being a part of the 5 strongest witches of Planet Banara itself, though not being the leader, she soon pulled a few strings on her own, later working under the Mastermind, a Dark Sage with not much to know about.

She later turned against the other witches which lead to her entrapment after staging an attempt to steal the Eternal Crown, though the damage was already dealt with Squeaky's memory lost and the Crown lost as well in the process.
