Everything should be covered in the picture. I thought it was time to revamp their reference so they looked more like an actual sooty owl.
A better description of zygodactyly:
Owls have reversible outer toes. When at rest, like with this cutie, the outer toe sits forward as it does with other birds of prey like hawks. However, when the owl needs to do something, like sit on a perch or grab and hold prey, that outer toe swings back to have a better grip.
