I'll upload the rest of my OC's hopefully soon.

Very very very long description ahead, I don't expect anyone to get through this but I like having this here for my own reference.

Known Family: Jaycee Pawman (Great-Granddaughter), Cat Canada (Great-Granddaughter)

Friends: Jaycee Pawman, Cat Canada, Wayne Gates (JPS officer), Charleston Waltz (her former late film director), Madison "Maddy" Waltz (former vice president of the EPS and Charleston's son), Dizmo Waltz (current JPS vice president and Madison's son/Charleston's grandson)

Cartoon Classification: Originally an Inkblot Cartoon -> Stick Figure/Anthropomorphic Animal Hybrid (Domestic Cat), later turned to a Stretch/Squash Cartoon -> Stick Figure/Anthropomorphic Animal Hybrid (Domestic Cat)

Backstory:

Ella Pawman grew up on a dirt-poor farm trying to make ends meet. Since childhood, she often performed in the streets for crowds for spare change. One day, she caught the eye of the legendary film director Charleston Waltz (a gentlemanly toon lizard with a distinct mustache and hair style) and began her career as a cartoon film star. Ella Pawman starred in a series of black-and-white cartoons when she was in her 20's. Her thin and sickly appearance, as well as the 'X' scar on her face allowed her to portray a destitute feline in Waltz's "Ella the Alley Cat" cartoons, where she had many adventures while trying to find food and a warm place to sleep. During the rise of technicolour, Ella stopped wearing her old show make-up, yet still continued to star in cartoons up until her retirement in the mid 1950's.

After retiring, she traveled the world, which inspired her to create the Ella Pawman Squad. The EPS served as a justice, investigations and rescue organization that any toon in the world (no matter the location, culture or artstyle) can count on.

On one fateful day, she invites her 16 year old great-granddaughter Jaycee Pawman over for some quality time. She suddenly reveals to Jaycee that she forged Jaycee's signature on many legal documents, and the EPS is now entirely signed over to her to deal with. After forcibly passing on the EPS (now the "Jaycee Pawman Squad" or "JPS") to Jaycee Pawman, Ella now spends her days comfortably retired without much of a care in the world.

Personality:

Her acting, comedy and physical stunt talents have not faded after all these years, and she always likes an opportunity to perform for an audience. Ella is one very jolly feline who likes to look on the bright side of things. She is very calm and non-judgmental when meeting others, and was a very modest-minded superstar. Ella is charitable towards others (sometimes to the point where they walk all over her), yet can still be "firm but fair" to those she's especially close with. In short, she's a model great grandmother, but the onset of her dementia now changes her behaviour for the worse occasionally.

Strengths:

In her heyday, she was really good at drawing a crowd and making people laugh even in the bleakest of times. She was very inventive with props and was the originator of many cartoon gags and tropes.

Now, due to Ella being well-traveled and very old, she is extremely wise when her mind works correctly. She is a very caring great grandmother to the rest of her family, and acts very maternally to others outside her family as well.

On the physical side, being a Stretch/Squash cartoon means that her body is flexible and resilient to damage (for the most part). She can also pull objects out from behind her back (something that increasingly is becoming rarer in modern cartoon characters now), but doesn't always have control over what will pop out. She can also see the 4th wall and talks to the "audience" occasionally, but everyone else just dismisses it as Ella being old and senile (a lot of toons don't believe that the 4th wall even exists).

Weaknesses:

In the early days, Ella craved attention and would quickly become annoying if she launched into a comedy routine of bad puns. She also received a lot of hate from both men and women for being a early outspoken feminist. She found it hard to think about things in a serious manner and just treated life as one big happy stage performance. Lastly, because of her poor upbringing, Ella was very stingy with money despite obtaining fame and fortune, but mellowed out eventually.

In the present day, Ella's mind is fading fast, and her grip on reality slowly loosens. She's prone to extremely out-of-character mood swings and experiences random episodes of amnesia. She is very reluctant and stubborn to learn new technology, and is very adamant about not going to a retirement home despite her health risks.

Physically, her eyesight has been terrible her whole life (extreme nearsightedness) and never had any depth perception. Presently, her body is much stiffer and frail then ever before. She sometimes shakes when performing complex actions and she's forced to walk with a cane.

Fighting Style:

She only got in fights when she was still part of a squad team in the EPS, and only as a last resort. Ella doesn't like "normal" fighting, but she likes using the weapons of comedy and humiliation on her enemies. She utilized classic cartoon gags and props to get herself out of sticky situations.
