Tybalt's just a dumb dragon character I came up with because I was watching lots of Game of Thrones and got really into knights and such. He's got his own backstory and stuff but that's a whole 'nother story.
But yeah you may find him in either armor or town clothing (mostly the latter because drawing plate armor what even) because VARIETY

He totally is, though. Like he gets a lot of flak in his story because he's a dragon but he tries his best to keep his head up and treat everyone how he wants to be treated.
