This is Scarmelia the Witch.

She is a golden axe 5 2nd to final boss. She helps the player at first acting as a guide through the treacherous lands. Leading them down difficult paths and studying their ever move while feigning being the player's companion only to fool them in the end becoming one of the most powerful bosses the player must face.

Sadly though her game had become corrupted from a virus that had taken over. While trying to save her people from certain doom a virus had nicked her side right when they escaped the game. She wasn't trapped in the game which was later shut down and stored away due to the virus. She had to run from the virus which had now been set free into the main power station and while running for her life she ran into Sugar Rush to escape the virus which could not penetrate another newer game designed to ward off the Virus.

In the end she ended up only being safe in sugar rush and bumping into the almighty King Candy Cybug that had been hiding out in the mountains. Thanks to the nick on her side, her code was corrupted and exposed. She can remember part of her past but not all of it and cannot revert back to her evil boss form. She remains in Sugar Rush hiding from the Virus that is still outside the game waiting for her to come out and knows that if she leaves...and manages to survive...she would only lead them straight to her people and she didn't want that.

She is a neko who is also a witch and has gone to witch academy and trained to become a very powerful witch. In her game a witch's power is identified by the color of their hair. Red being the weakest and White being the most powerful. She is also an albino but was born with black hair previously.
