This is my Nightopian OC for NiGHTS into Dreams~

She is a full Nightopian born from the flowers of nightopia and has inherited or 'absorbed' when she was younger the power of the Nightlite Daisy which no longer exists thanks to two certain Nightmaren~

The Nightlite Daisy is a rare healing flower that use to exist all around the Nightopian world but has been harvested until extinction. Flare having the healing power of the plant and plant control in her blood she is known as the 'medic' of the Dream world.

She wears a scarf around her neck 24/7 because of a birth defect. she was born with a very sensitive neck and it overrides her senses too the point of being unable to move from the over surge. so she wears this scarf to protect her sensitive neck.
