Belle and her sister sammy were mutated in the bio-corp blast when on a trip to florida. While her sister got the amazing mutation of super smarts, belle was stuck with the overly girly fairy mutation (not to mention turning to her least favorite color). She and her sister ended up running away from home when they changed. They made a camp near a junkyard, where sammy would gather parts to make into crazy contraptions. Though one more suited to tinkering rather then gathering, sammy made her sister go gather the parts for her. So began belle's new job as a delivery girl, flying to and from the junk yard, gather parts while also battling off feirce beast like birds, cats, dogs, and the occasional otaku. Eventually, sammy got a job making tools for the heroes of San-fansico, giving even more work to belle. However, she too gets some time in the spotlight, bringing her sisters creations to said heroes, while also telling them countless times how to open a menu.
