Hazard is a character I adopted from PaganFox on DeviantART
She was a character that I admired for many years and was uber happy to buy once she was put on sale, I really could not see anyone else with her after drawing fan-art for her for many years :)
For me Hazard is a laboratory experiment, fusing robotic parts with a canine creature, animal testing. I also imagine this to be some time in a dystopian future, that is the character I imagine for her.
There is details on the ref sheet put there by the original owner, however this is how I see her now :D
