Not much is known about Utsuho right now, and she doesn't really seem very eager to talk about her personal history when asked. It's implied that she comes from a very old and probably mostly dead race.
She either doesn't understand who or what she is, or she doesn't want to address it, and something has literally driven her crazy.
Utsuho is incredibly casual, rude, and short-tempered. She goes after whatever she wants whenever she wants. Has hints of some really internalized insecurities.
She's also surprisingly tolerant, sometimes, and never gives up a fight which is both good and bad. Constantly drives people away with her rudeness and violence.
She's pretty short, and her weight is immeasurable because her body is the vessel of some pretty eldritch shit. Her hair is gray/silverish and is a little over three feet at its full length, but it's so scraggly and knotted that it tends to bunch up. Her skin is a sickly grayish-yellow color, and she has a startling amount of fangs. She has what appear to be four tiny ahoge at the bases of her twintails, but they still stick up even when her hair is down, so they could be something else.
Utsuho is a mishmash of a number of inspirations I've had. She was originally a doodle of a potential character after seeing some interesting artwork of crazy little girls with weapons, and she was also fueled by my love of characters who are dressed nicely and don't act like they are. Other inspirations include a lot of things, Touhou and Lovecraft among them.
