Pilvi is the member of the Hero Garden Royal Family. You could technically call her a princess, but she doesn't necessarily have the exact same kind of lifestyle or authority as a princess or prince would have. She's mainly in charge of military affairs, but since the Hero Garden and the surrounding areas are generally peaceful, all she really has to do in that department is train herself and others and make sure her subordinates are up-to-date on everything. Other than that, Pilvi pretty much takes on whatever royal duties she feels she needs to take on. She prefers not to get too political, but as a sort of figurehead, she often has to. Obviously there are other members of the family around to assist.
Pilvi is an almost obsessive competitive flyer and spends most of her free time practicing for the next events, whenever those may be. It's a bit frowned upon in the Hero Chao community to not have a solid athletic ambition or at least a hobby that is oriented toward the four main types. Pilvi's is obviously flying, and as a public figure it would be inappropriate for her not to excersize that. It's unclear whether or not she truly enjoys competitive flying or if she forces herself to continue it due to public pressure.
It's probably apparent, but Pilvi is quite an ice queen. She maintains a stoic and businesslike demeanor around almost everybody, whether she likes them or not. She relaxes the most around Brighty and Halberd since the three of them have been friends for a long time.
