So this happened. Lithair's scales were irritating the hell out of me. Plus, if I ever decided to get even a partial, all those scales would not be worth the effort. So this is Lithiar's new look. He still has some dragon in him, though it's very diluted. It mostly shows through with the slit-pupil eyes and other cyan-colored parts, He can also shoot out bits of blue flame. :3

I really love and adore the way his design came out this time around, namely the facial markings. <3
