A new character of mine. I've been wanting to create a character that has hypnotic abilities for some time.

Personality
Sebastian Glaise is a lizard known for his charming personality and upbeat attitude. He is the CEO of a high tech company which manufactures the latest software for multiple industries. He is very sophisticated and suave to everyone who shows him respect. He is a smooth talker, smart and cunning in the line of business and knows when the time is right to make a good deal. He is friendly and kind to his employees but isn't afraid to be firm and harsh when someone isn't doing their job or threatens him or his company.

Though he has the ability to hypnotically entrance others to do what he wants, he was properly brought up by his parents to respect other's free will and to never use it for his own personal gain. He only uses it if his life is in danger (His company makes many enemies) or if other people's lives were.
Examples:
If he was held at gun point by a mugger, he would hypnotize the mugger to walk to a police station and confess his misdeeds. :P

Appearance
Sebastian is well fit and enjoys working out to relive some stress from work. He is a light tan brown with dark brown on his hands, feet and the tip of the tail as well as the spike patterns down his back. He has golden spikes on the back of his neck and caramel coloured horns. He has rhino shaped ears and spike frills on the side of his face and the end of his chin.

He has bright blue eyes and dark brown markings covering both which serves as a protector from his frill's hypnotic abilities.

FRILL
Sebastian's frill is a gradient orange red colour covered with faint brown spots. He generally stylizes it to blend in with any suit he wears.

-Hypnotic Abilities
Sebastian's frill has an amazing ability to rapidly change colours and preform complex patterns. He is also able to control the movement of the pattern from a rapid to slow pace. He can switch to multiple colours or to simple black and white.
(Basically anyone who chooses draws this dude in the future is free to play with patterns and colours to their own likeing.)
The dark markings around his eyes protect him from his own hypnosis and others like him.
