Biography: Despite being told more than a thousand times by everyone, Jumba would not stop creating experiments. Now, however, he created them for good mostly. Seeing how Stitch had changed so much after meeting Lilo, he wondered if he could create another experiment, specifically designed to be someone's companion.
After creating 694, his intention was to activate and release her into town and wait for someone to connect with her.
However, the experiment failed, as 694 was shy and afraid of the unfamiliar town with so many people. She immediately fled, prompting Jumba, Pleekly, Stitch, and Lilo to track her down.
When she was found, 694 went directly to Jumba. Lilo remarked that his experiment had worked, but not quite the way they had expected. It seemed 694 was attached to Jumba, choosing him as her companion.
Lilo began calling her Hoakua, the name meaning "companion of the/a creator."
"Hoa" can be found in the red and white ship hidden in the Hawaiian forest. She doesn't interact with much of anyone besides Jumba and whatever "cousin" she happens across.

One True Place: Jumba's downed ship, near Lilo's home

Personality: Hoakua is extremely loyal to her companion and will do anything she is told, for better or for worse. Her purpose is to serve and love one being. At first, especially in crowds, Hoa is shy and intimidated by others. However, in small groups or individuals, she acts more normal. The only exception to this is with her "cousins," which of whom she is completely comfortable with.
