Profile:

A young half dragon girl blind from birth, named Kyari "Key-yar-e".
Not a hatchling but still juvenile in age, very much a child.
Born of a human father (Rholand) and earth/green dragon mother (Grana).
Both parents were distraught blaming themselves for their child's blindness
despite their first born having no complications to speak of.
One older brother (Kaiden "Kay-den", not blind) was known, sadly both
parents and brother were killed in a raiding party attack by an anti dragon group.
The child survived through unknown means though it is believed that
she invoked her earth based powers in panic and escaped the forest
hidden cave her family called home.

Physical Description:

Having the physical age/appearance of a 10 year old human child
and mental age of roughly the same, she is not well traveled
though her father a former adventurer did his best to teach
his children of both the worlds wonders and dangers.
Medium length silver hair adorns her head reaching just
past her shoulders and parted slightly by two small horns
on her head, two milky blue eyes adorn her face.
Her skin is fair, neither pale nor tanned, her scales are a rich emerald green.
At roughly 3 feet (36 inches or 92 centimeters) tall she is still
small and has not yet reached physical maturity, she is however
determined to grow into a regal beauty like her late mother.
She has a mix of mostly human and dragon like features with a mostly humanoid form with two plantigrade legs/feet.
Scales cover some of her body, most notably/visually being the bridge of her nose and tips of her ears, which should be noted are pointed.
She also has light scales on her shoulders, knees, elbows, back, hips, and tops of her feet and hands.
The scales on her back are sparse in density/clustering being
only on her lower back near the tailbone and the shoulder blades
in two almost separated crest like patterns with bare skin between them.
Lacking a tail or wings she has little claim to her dragon roots,
as such she found little to no sympathy from relatives whether
they be dragon or human as is the case with many half bloods.

Extra:

Having met Rennis by chance some time later in the forests' center where she fled to after the attack and being refused by her relatives, she was apprehensive as one would expect not being able to see her guest.
When Rennis saved her from drowning in the 6 foot deep pond she had backed into after he'd approached she quickly took to his kind nature, aided by her familiarizing herself with him via how similarly he felt (minus the fur of course) and sounded like her late older brother Kaiden.
After learning of her family's passing and of her now lonesome lifestyle Rennis was insistent she not stay alone in the forest considering how they met, though initially reluctant Kyari excepted his invitation and began her journey with him.

Note/caution should be taken that sharing a mix of a brother-sister and parent-child like relationship with Kyari has made Rennis deathly protective of his half dragon companion.

Misc:

The idea for this character came in two parts.
1. I've mulled around the idea of making a dragon or half dragon character for some time.
2. I had a dream recently with saving a young blind girl named Kyari in it of a post-apocalyptic setting,
reminding her of of an older brother and letting her come with me.
In the dream she was human but had the silver hair and milky blue eyes,
this seemed like a good chance to create a unique character that
wasn't another warrior like Rennis/Kannah/Mana and instead cute/adorable like Haz.
