If you hadn't caught this character when I was doing prework on A&H club, here's her character sheet now. There's a few things that are incorrect--I think the proper way of writing the surname is with a lowercase "van der", and I'm not actually certain she's a landlord per se (more of a building manager? Or something) but in any case, here she is

I seem to recall Objectivism is supposed to be very, very anti-religion... Though I guess it's not too unusual for people to customize their philosophy a bit.

I get the feeling she's gonna be a...piece of work.
I also get the feeling how her pouch works doesn't matter as far as she in particular is concerned.

A new Challenger has entered the Match. Nice choice, I love these things. Brings me back to some of my first anthros.

the Landlord is the person who actually owns the building. a Property manager is usually a third party company that manages a lot of buildings, but in general refers to anyone not on-site that handles a property (either for the owner or who is the owner) and an On-Site or Building Manager usually works for the property manager and handles maintenance and sometimes rent.
