ELEMENT: Electricity
BIO: Shroud is mysterious and powerful. His electricity is orange, much like the bolt markings. Very quiet and reptilian in nature, his hoard is full of automobiles and technology.
He is very personable when he is comfortable with someone, and enjoys spending time with friends.
