Leader of the Elite Emergency Rescue Services of Valanciana City.

Velindra (Vee-Jay) is 35 years old, currently in a longterm relationship (w/ Sherlot Delta) and has no children, though she has a bunch of nieces and nephews she dotes on.

Her life has not been easy; born to an abusive, alcoholic father (Rear-Admiral Marcus Hedgehog) and a gold-digging mother (Veronique-Jay O'Lyndon), she ran away from home at the age of seven, ekeing out an existance in the mostly-unchartered territory of the Grey Zone outside of Valanciana City's borders. At the age of 12, she was rescued by First Lieutenant Roger Leonn Jameson and Admiral Davis Lasseter of the Royal Valancian Navy and returned to the city under a State order.

From there, she ended up under the tutelage of the ex-assistant of High Eldar Laocard, Lady Kara-Ma Zalinski. She was gifted a Pontrice named Casper, a pet-like guardian who became her first real companion and friend. For three years she remained under the overseeing eyes of Lady Zalinski, High Councillor Kasaraki and Admiral Dennisonn, before being thrown into the deep end at leading the ERS when a longterm problem amongst the Admiralty reared his ugly head and attempted to annihilate the Draconi'dia Council - Admiral Maxwell Kingsley.

Vee-Jay was critically injured in her attempt to stop him from destroying the Council, and was rendered comatose for a following three and half years, missing out on a good chunk of her intended puberty years (which caused her no end of hilarious grief later on in her recovery). In her recovery years, she went from one troubling situation to another, fumbling her steps for a further five or so years before eventually learning how to maintain order in both her team and her personal life. Things took a more dramatic turn when Kingsley's original project, Jeissica, surfaced and caused no end of mayhem before she was eventually overpowered and imprisoned in Lucifer's Gulag. Vee-Jay made the choice to keep her alive as a personal reminder of what could have been had she chosen the path of revenge.

These days, she has her hands full with managing her team and their infighting (hilarious in itself!), and juggling her position as the right-hand officer of the Royal Valancian Navy and Captain Jameson's 2IC.
