She is meant to be goddess of the moon and in her creators own wording:
"Luna is the Queen. The high-goddess, and most regal of the three. Loving yet no-nonsense, her power over her subjects is strong, though she is a kind ruler. Her staff changes depending on the moon's cycle. [Crescent, Full or New which has no glow.]"

I haven't though up anything decent yet for her but I have mulled around the idea of my tiger girl Mana being a warrior priestess of hers.

As for there being a lack of height and weight, I thinking as a celestial being (no pun intended) I'm thinking she's not limited to a constant.
I used "Felidae" because she seemed feline in nature and Kathy didn't right down a species.
