Crow, like his twin sister Ravyn, is a wolf demon. Well, half-demon, half-mortal. He has a penchant for destruction and has an overall attitude of merely wanting to watch the world burn. He is fiercely protective of the few individuals he genuinely cares for, particularly his family and pack, and thinks nothing of committing all sorts of cruel or gruesome acts toward anyone he doesn't personally give a damn about. The only exception to this carelessness is children, as he considers them to be the only true innocents in life. He is basically his sister Ravyn's right hand and second-in-command, preferring to let her be the brains of most things and avoiding making decisions himself.

Being a demon-spawn, Crow is able to shapeshift into pretty much any form he chooses, with a few exceptions. Each form will always have his characteristic charcoal fur or dark complexion, silver eyes, and facial scar. His two pairs of black ram-like and goat-like horns are not uncommon either, particularly when in dire wolf or werewolf form.

Mythologically, the Stormbringer siblings and bloodline have been rumored to descend from the Great Wolf Fenris himself. Neither Crow nor Ravyn have ever given a clear acknowledgement either way.
