The Different Personalities:
Faibe: He’s the actual person. He’s a generally happy person. He has a love of small animals and most foods.
Fadi: He’s a psychopath who thinks he’s the grim reaper. He’ll often go around threatening people when he’s decided it’s their time. This is the reason Faibe was taken out of school. Fadi has never actually killed someone, but he’s gotten rather close. He’s not usually violent, but occasionally he will try to end someone if he really thinks it’s their time.
Francis: He’s basically a memory. A little boy who has just moved from France to America. He doesn’t talk much and often butchers English words. He often questions why he isn’t in school and why he’s so tall. He’ll also often get an extra desert at dinner if Francis is present because he’s probably the staff’s favorite of the alters.
Farley: A young woman who thinks she’s constantly being chased by monsters. When Faibe becomes Farley, his hair is usually let down out of the ponytail. Farely doesn’t always think the monsters are there, but the fear is triggered by many different things such as ominous sounds, short quiet noises, a slight touch, people breathing too close to her, and the various sounds throughout the night.

Faibe’s family moved to America from France when he was just a little boy. He still retains some French, but it really only shows in Francis. Faibe suffers from Dissociative Identity Disorder (multiple personality disorder) and houses three other personalities, listed above. He first developed the disorder shortly after his small town was bombed by a few misguided college students who had some radical purpose for the attack (this was a little over ten years ago). The rest of his family, (mother, father, sister, two brothers), were at a conference a little ways away and he was the only one injured. He stayed at the hospital for a few weeks, but when he returned home he just wasn’t the same. Fadi was the first personality to appear, and his parents didn’t think he was too odd yet because they figured he was just being a normal teenage boy and they were glad he was finally showing interest in the strange war video games the other boys would play. However, after Fadi threatened and attacked one of the boys at school and Faibe seemed to remember nothing about the incident, his parents started taking him to a therapist. He was then diagnosed with DID.
At this point, Francis had surfaced and was affecting his performance in school. Francis understood little English so he had no idea what was going on in class and Faibe wouldn’t know either. And Fadi was getting more dangerous as the weeks passed. Faibe was then pulled out of school and his mother tried to finish teaching him the things he really needed to know. Once Farley surfaced, his parents weren’t quite sure how to deal with him and by then all the other kids had moved out. They sent him to the nearest mental hospital, but they weren’t quite equipped to give him the help he needed. So he was sent a little farther away to a much nicer place. His family later all moved closer so they could still spend time with him. He’s allowed to return home occasionally for holidays and special occasions. Shortly after he was admitted to the asylum, he met his current best friend, the paranoia-ridden Harold.

Fun Fact: Whenever Faibe is with his brother Jean, not matter what personality he currently is, he’ll always go back to Faibe.
