Ranger was born in a smaller town near the big city. Throughout his childhood he was constantly abused by his father, who was usually drunk, very violent, and had an awful temper. Freel had met Ranger in early schooling and knew how bad he had it at home. She arranged, after she had run away, for a group of her and her friends to get him out of that house. Freel brought him to the compound, a place she was confident no one would find him at. It took Ranger months to recuperate from living with his father (he’s now covered in scars all over his body). And now he’s very withdrawn and has a lot of trust issues and he inherited the nasty temper. Ranger has this awful habit of not making himself known and he blends into the background. No one notices him. But hey he’s really good with a bow and arrow.

Fun Fact: Ranger’s not being noticed and blending into the background has been dubbed the “disappearing Ranger trick”.
