Jasper was born in a city slightly north of the one she lives in now. She was always kind of a tomboy and grew up with mostly boys as her friends. There was one boy who asked her if she wanted to run away with him because he didn’t like his new step-mom. Jasper was like sure whatever and so they actually ran away together in middle school. After they were in the next town, Jasper realized that it was a really bad idea to have left, but she had no idea how to get back. And then she accidently lost the other kid. So she basically just wandered around down alleyways until she came across the Bird of Prey compound. Note let her in and they sheltered her for a while. Eventually she heard about a really bad shooting in her home town and thought her parents were dead (the shooting took place where they both worked). She asked Note if she could stay with them and he said sure why not. So they trained her to kill and sent her out to wreak havoc.

Fun Fact: Jasper is the only one brave enough to try to take Sniper’s mask from him.
