"Vincent" aka the Q model is the prime of robotics in its time. Created by Acrobat corp., it took 11 years of designing and engineering to make it possible. As the first all-purpose robot it was built for every possible task, even those that it could not carry out in practice. All robots must obey Asimov's laws of robotics, not commit or assist in any crime and not be used in military service or handle weaponry - any functions that cross with these laws are either restricted or completely sealed and meant to only fulfill the slogan.
The Q model was marketed as this family friendly robot for domestic use. It's default function is to perform housekeeping tasks and it is the only model that starts out wearing clothes (hence the butler look). The owner may change its main and secondary functions, voice, settings and even configure a personality easily by using a touch pad that is plugged in its primary processor (in the stomach area).

Vincent is the nickname for the model, given by its designer Lotala Magnus. She has her personal unit of this model and currently it is on trial with the default personality (since she finds emotions unproductive and distracting, but hands-on experiences of feelings are good for the processor). The Q model, despite of its lack of facial expressions, is able to learn and adapt its personality during longer periods of time and Lotala's unit has grown in curiousity and tends to be quite excited about every new thing it learns. It still has the gentlemanly charm and manners of the default, but people still treat it like a growing child at times.
