Kelb is US born but grew up in the (fictional) Republic of Granada, a small Muslim majority democracy in the southeastern part of the Iberian Peninsula and he lives in the capital city as a librarian getting a Master's in History, and working on his PhD. He's of mixed canine descent, he's tolerant,friendly and diplomatic, he has a few special abilities, he's a shapeshifter able to attain different forms, he also is fluent in English,Spanish and Arabic and knows how to use a rifle,handgun and dagger. Did I mention he was a huge bookworm? He has a passion for knowledge and reading and lastly he's a spiritual seeker.
