Seagoon is just a silly huge blue toon dragon, bigger than the Multiverse and still growing, who goofs his way through life's ups and downs. Usually optimistic and cheerful, with an appetite as big as his heart, though he's about as bright as two-watt lightbulb and as a result often gets duped.

He does have some special abilities to call his own. He can change his size, along with his muscle and fat mass, potentially to limitless degrees, and he's always growing. He can be inflated, and his skin has a similar texture to rubber (it's just as shiny) so that he's quite literally a walking balloon. Sometimes he can take the form of another animal entirely.

He's never happier than when he's with his huge dragon brothers DragoMike, Tombfyre and Dondaz, always growing with them and their spreading their brand of magic and happiness all over the Multiverse.
