Awamel is a character I primarily used in the 'Chronicles of Ashara' and 'Ages of Algernon' role-playing settings, but may also appear in other High Fantasy series, such as The Forgotten Realms, Pathfinder, and Spelljammer.

In brief, Awamel is a Dianshi'eed, whom are also known as either 'Mist Elves' or a 'Krow Elves.' In most settings, Mist Elves are the most 'Human' of elves, both in appearance and mentality, and can be indistinguishable from Humans even on close inspection.

In appearance, Awamel is beauteous by Human standards, with long locks of hair that flow like falls of copper, eyes of piercing blue-grey, and a boyish physique lightly touched by femininity. His skin is extremely fair, but is marred with nearly imperceptible scars; the largest, and most complex of these scars are those on his back, which are recessed, and form an extremely complex geometric design.

In personality, Awamel is quiet, soft-spoken, respectful of life, hates politics and conflict, and is rather introverted, preferring to stick his nose in a book about adventuring than to be out adventuring himself.

Profession-wise, Awamel holds no 'true' job. Instead, he serves as a minor aristocrat, whom is responsible for a small trading community. However, he is also an Aei Syrath within the Circle of Aei Cyndhei. As an Aei Sryath, he is often called to deal with dangerous magical and supernatural matters, such as hunting down a mad wizard who has went rogue, ferreting out and dealing with a vampire infestation, or parleying with a dragon whom has been ravaging a kingdom.
