Commander Rapster is the Leader of the New Berlin Police Department special Force called Gun-Raptors.

As the Commander of this Special Unit his Talents are mostly based around basic gunfights with stormrifles, tactics, leadership and diplomatic approching of dangerous situations.

For Rapster it mostly counts to end a fight even before it starts but if that fails he can unleash the pure firepower the G-Raptors pack... and ohhh boy it's really devastating.
