Body specs:

Violet wide eyes

Long silver hair in band to side, rest chopped short

Short yet plump (Not chubby just they still have baby fat.)

Fish like scales cover the torso yet recede around the back and shoulders

Scales end around the inner thigh and is human like down again

Human fingers poking out of its feathered arms

Human legs and feet

No tail

Has feather like ears poking out of the head a bit behind and above the human ears
