Sylvia is a female of draconic descent with Dark Green scales, Black hair and has a penchant for figure hugging black dresses and goth style accessories. She is a fairly distant cousin to Devillo Devianti, who has outlived her abusive father to become the main shareholder in an Insane Asylum & Industrial plant. She has no real interests in running her fathers old company however and delegates that to the board of directors, instead content to make the best use of her very large trust fund as she see's fit.

A cold and aloof girl who is a female draco malfoy, helps run her family’s insane asylum the next town over. She was adopted by Richard Drakon, the owner of an industrial plant which produced various utilities and services, who was part of the very old and ancient Drakon Bloodline which the Devianti were also descended from. However since he was from a much purer and inbred bloodline he was a very unstable character. After her adoptive mother Allison Ddraig (A cousin to the Devianti and the reason Sylvia was sent to them) was divorced she was abused at a young age by her ‘father.’ When she was 16 he died in an ‘accident’ and ownership of the plant was defaulted to the shareholders until she finally came of age.

She has a passion for chemistry having been raised in an environment where materials are available, and is a suspect in several poisonings. She is distrustful and has volatile bursts of anger which contrast her cold and calculating nature. She is also suffering from an inferiority complex which she hides well, namely because she finds herself tied to several very powerful bloodlines, but at every turn she is reminded that those ties are illegitimate.
