He's actually a Piebald with heavy mottling on his form :) Was inspired by Brian Gundy's 'Smiley' face pieds who all have a Smiley on their non-white body somewhere :)

He does look like a badass, and interesting coloring as well, appears he's part albino, the color of the eyes also make me think that.
