Stepping out of Duke's Bar, Lasair lights himself a cigarette. He gazes over the City Capitol District, and over the black and ominus Capitol building. He ponders over his latest case, having a bad feeling that somehow THAT building is involved.

Finally, a first glimpse of The City! The black pyramid-esque building in the middle in the Capitol building for the entire City. It came to me in a dream years back, and while its not exactly how I dreamed it, it's close enough!
