This is the military leader of a distant Imperial Colony. They haven't got the updated uniform regs or dress code, So they look a lot like barbarians in nice, antique armor. He's extremely smart, and occasionally blunt, but he's verydevout and the community adores him. I can desice if he's solid whiite or solid black. though but he's supposedly striking and distinctive. The Sword behind him is not his, but a holy relic. it's justin his office.
