Todd Fox: Team spy and scout. Cheeky, slacken and mellow, Todd is an old friend of Rick, both loving music especially rock.
Despite his nature, Todd has nothing but respect for his friends; back at the academy, Todd almost got expelled but Rick and subsequently the gang helped him get his life back together, for that Todd feels like he owes them everything.
