Meet Kip Kangaroo and TJ (Terrance Jeffrey) Tiger, Shirt Tales initiates (newbies)!

Kip is Rick’s protege and was the star of her class, she’s an orphan brought up by Rick and Pammy.
She’s peppy, eager, fun-loving and awfully curious. She share’s Rick’s ambition and Pammy’s smarts.

TJ wants to be a Shirt Tale like his uncle but is struggling in the academy and is being taught by Rick and Pammy (his uncle’s old friends) as a favor… his own family can’t stand him.
He’s over-enthusiastic and often gets into trouble and would often drag Kip along.
