Who is GG1? She's a cyborg horse with grey matter behind her eyes, and a motherboard halfway down her back which runs her mind & memory, and connects to a USB socket on the back of her neck. She was originally a mere AI program, then got a robotic body, and finally a 90% flesh & blood body. She's still having some difficulty adapting to being a person, instead of a huge, metal juggernaut.

What's in her name? Well "GG" is a slang term for horse, but the GG1 was a beautiful, streamlined electric locomotive built by the Pennsylvania Railroad, which lasted from the 1930's to the 1980's. The Menagerie Costumes did an outstanding job of finding a fur that matched the GG1 livery. Some inspiration was also drawn from Dr Who's dog K9.

To enter society, she has adopted the name Gina Gertrude One. However for the most part GG1 suffices.

The fursuit arrived in December 2018, but it wasn't until July that I had the opportunity to present it to the Furry Community properly, at the Bathurst Fur meet.

(I guess that by modelling, this makes her a 'model train' ) :-)
