Well, with this chapter, I'm finally caught up with the other sites. So, the next upload will be next Saturday or Sunday and after that, it'll be every two weeks. Sorry about making y'all have to wait that long for updates. However, I will start uploading chapters from an older story on the weeks that I don't upload a chapter from "Michael and Amanda".

Michael and Amanda arrive at her apartment only to see that someone is inside without her permission. Yes, it's Ophelia. Upon Michael and Amanda entering the apartment, Ophelia announces that she's called the police to have him arrested for attempted kidnapping, a crime that carries a 10+ year prison sentence. Michael surprises Ophelia by telling her that he'll just sit and wait for the police. When the police arrive, the corporal, Corporal Ilves, interviews Michael and Amanda and comes to the realization that Ophelia has filed a false police report and puts handcuffs on her. Michael intervenes and gets her released even though he knows that Ophelia won't change her attitude toward him.
