Costume hooves crosspost! There'll be a followup post about these hopefully soon, because they do not look like this any longer. I've stripped them down to the shoe and hoof; no skin or foam, and they're getting rebuilt. Woo!

Haha, me too! I've been trying to figure out how to make them, but so far I can't get the paws to move realistically. In action, they look too stiff.

There was someone on DA a while ago that used just the stiff sole from some high heels and made the toes open with some padding. Sadly, they seem to have stopped making stuff altogether. A pic here:
