The Specter, a perfect example of a gimmicky weapon. It sacrificed pistol whipping ability and one shot for a flimsy stock that got caught up in your arm and threatened to snap like a twig and a silencer that would turn an ear shattering BANG to a muffled roar. But lets face it, many wastelanders and post apocalyptic cowboys only used that attachment to feel like some kinda secret agent. I found this poor girl abandoned in a pile of snow. The paint has all worn off and left some nasty rust build up along the grip and barrel. If I had to guess, this guns previous owner wanted to get the drop on some jibbering bandits and failed miserably...

Oh well, his loss is my gain!
