While it's not explicitly listed as one of their abilities, receiving "the body of your dreams" was a selling point for many of the Galactic Maids in this particular incarantion of the group, and was precisely what several of its members were after at the time. However, in every case but Gemini's, this came in the form of a cosmic makeover; having already been paired with a queen parasite (apparently moments before she would have first made contact with her specific patrons), Balina Rodovoy already possessed a body that she would have considered ideal, save maybe for the egg sac and the constant drive to feed it.

Instead, due to her position as Gemini, she gets to be two magical girls. There are now two of her running around, the second one capable of actually walking around town and fitting indoors. The two operate independently, though they can re-connect and share information/memories/sensations through mutual concentration. This may not be exactly how the Zorja had originally expected their champion to use their gifts, but Balina is certainly not complaining.
