Arpa

Arpa is a wind mage and a close friend of Cela and Finic. She is some sort of hybrid and nobody is sure who or what her parents were exactly. She is very laid back and prefers to focus on playing music in her off time. This comes in detriment of her spells since she would be a more powerful mage if she used her off time to get better at magic instead of music. She is part shark but the other mix of her is always making the rest of the people wondering. She is amphibious, she has both lungs and gills (those wing like things on her back have axolotl's like gills all around).
