It's based off a picture of Axel Stone. The guy I drew it for goes by like five different names and I've never played Streets of Rage, so I have no idea what's going on. =D

googles Oh, okay, Axel Stone was one of the Streets of Rage protagonists (I think like the only one to be playable in all three games, but I might be wrong) and... Jack Burton was the guy Kurt Russel played in 'Big Trouble in Little China'.
Oh, yeah, and cool portrait, I bet the guy you drew't for was happy.
