Shiloh's an assassin who was tasked with, well, assassinating. Specifically, the leader of the Flames of Light, Pyro. Things don't go as planned, however, and Shiloh ends up joining the Flames of Light instead of taking the penalty for failing the assassination: Death by his peers.
